A chatbot for enquiries and reminders

A website enquiry reaches your messenger the moment it is sent. The bot reminds clients about their bookings and sends you a daily summary in the evening.

We work in Chișinău and across Moldova. We reply the same day.

What the bot does

Sends enquiries
Name, phone number and what the client needs. The message arrives as soon as the person presses Send.
Reminds clients
A day or a few hours before the visit, the client gets a reminder about the booking.
Sums up the day
In the evening you get a short summary: how many enquiries and bookings there were.
Writes to the whole team
The bot can be added to a group chat. Everyone who has to reply sees the enquiry.

Why it helps

An enquiry in your inbox can sit there until the evening. A message in a messenger you see at once, because your phone is always at hand.

The sooner you reply, the smaller the chance that the person has already agreed something with someone else.

Telegram or Viber

For notifications to you and your team, Telegram is easier: a bot there is free to create and has no subscription fee.

Viber is harder. Since February 2024 Viber has charged the bot owner a monthly fee, around €100 a month, plus a separate fee for messages the bot sends first. So a Viber bot only makes sense if you have to reach clients there.

We decide which to use on the first call.

How much a chatbot costs

From €100, about 2,000 MDL. The starting price covers a Telegram bot that sends you enquiries from your website. The price depends on:

  • client reminders: they need online booking or a CRM
  • a daily summary and other reports
  • a second messenger
  • connecting to a website we did not build

On websites we build, sending enquiries to email or a messenger is set up from the start. It is included in the price of a landing page and a business website.

Questions people ask

How much does a chatbot cost?

From €100, about 2,000 MDL for a Telegram bot that sends website enquiries. Reminders and summaries are priced separately.

Do I need a website for the bot to work?

For enquiry notifications, yes: the bot takes them from the form on the site. Reminders need online booking or a CRM, where the bot finds out who is booked and when.

Does the bot answer clients’ questions by itself?

No. It sends notifications and scheduled reminders. You or your administrator reply to the client.

Can the bot be connected to a website someone else built?

Most of the time, yes. We need to see how the form on the site works. Send us the link.

How long does it take?

From one week.
