Website and CRM for a school or learning centre

A parent signs their child up for a trial lesson on the website. You see the request in the CRM, schedule the trial and run the group.

We work in Chișinău and across Moldova. We reply the same day.

What a school needs from a website and a CRM

Requests come from the website, Instagram and Facebook. While there are few, a notebook is enough. Once there are several groups, requests start getting lost and payment reminders depend on memory.

The website collects trial lesson requests. The CRM shows which step each one is at: new, trial scheduled, enrolled in a group. Students, attendance and memberships are there too.

Try how it works

The parent’s phone is connected to the school CRM. Sign a child up for a trial, then schedule the lesson and move the request to “Enrolled”.

  1. Sign your child up for a trial
  2. Schedule the trial lesson
  3. Move them to “Enrolled”

What goes on the website

Courses and groups
For which age, what it costs, on which days. A parent sees straight away what suits their child.
Timetable
By day and room. It can come from the same database as the CRM, so it is always up to date.
Trial sign-up
The child’s name, age and convenient days. The request goes straight into the CRM.
Teachers
Photos and experience. Parents care who will be working with their child.
Prices and memberships
A clear price list, with no “call us for details”.

What goes in the CRM

Requests
Columns “New”, “Trial”, “Enrolled”. You see where each request came from: the website, Instagram or Facebook.
Students and groups
Who is in which group and how many places are left.
Attendance
You mark who came to the lesson. Absences show for each student.
Memberships and overdue accounts
Whose membership is running out and who has not paid. You can remind them straight from the list.
Timetable
Lessons by day and room. You move them by dragging.

All of this opens in the Arabesque demo: add a student, mark attendance, move a lesson.

How much it costs

A website with trial lesson sign-up costs from €300, about 6,000 MDL. A CRM for a school costs from €400. The price depends on:

  • the number of courses, groups and rooms
  • a website timetable taken from the CRM
  • memberships, freezes and make-up classes
  • teacher payroll

Questions people ask

How much does a website for a school or courses cost?

A website with trial lesson sign-up costs from €300. A CRM with students, attendance and memberships costs from €400. We give the exact price after a chat.

Can we start with the website and add the CRM later?

Yes. We build the website so that its requests can later flow into the CRM without rework.

We have several branches. Is that covered?

Yes. Balerina keeps two studios in one database, and the website shows the timetable for each studio separately.

Does it suit courses for adults?

Yes. Trial sign-up, groups and memberships work the same for children and adults.

Can I see a school CRM?

We cannot show clients’ CRMs: they hold personal data. There is the Arabesque demo with made-up students.
