How a client books
The client opens the site on a phone and picks a service and a specialist. The site shows only free times: it takes existing bookings, breaks and days off into account.
They choose a day and time and leave a name and phone number. The booking appears in the calendar and the administrator confirms it.

What the administrator gets

- Each one has a column. You see who is free and whose day is full.
- Moving a booking
- Drag a booking to another time or another specialist. If that slot is taken, the system will not allow it.
- Phone bookings
- People who call are added to the same calendar. No double bookings.
- Working hours and days off
- Hours, breaks and holidays for each specialist. The site takes them into account by itself.
- Reminders
- The client gets a reminder before the visit. Fewer people book and then do not turn up.
- Client history
- When they came, to whom and for what. Useful when they call again.

There are directories where a client picks a salon from a shared list, and there are booking widgets with a monthly fee. You can start with them in a day.
Your own booking lives on your website, at your address. The client does not see competitors next to you, there is no monthly fee for the service, and the calendar is built around the way you work.
How much online booking costs
From €200, about 4,000 MDL. That covers a booking page with services and specialists and a calendar for the administrator. It takes about a week. If you also need client history, payments and reports, that is a CRM, from €400. The price depends on:
- the number of specialists and services
- working hours, breaks and days off
- client reminders
- the other pages of the website: services, prices, team

What if two clients pick the same time?
They cannot. As soon as a time is taken, the site stops showing it.
Can I book clients over the phone?
Yes. The administrator adds the booking to the same calendar, and that time disappears from the site at once.
Does it work if I work alone?
Yes. Booking works the same for one specialist and for a large team.
How much does online booking cost?

Can I put the booking link on Instagram?
Yes. The booking page has its own address. You put it in your Instagram and Facebook profile and send it to clients in a messenger.
